You have to preorder meals, no walk-in at restaurant. Little difficult to operate at kitchen. Pools aren't heated

The service at the reception was great, the lady responsible for the wine tour was amazing, very knowledgeable and kind ! And finally dinner was a great experience, both food and service were impeccable.

Two things were a bit disappointing for us. First we thought we were clear at the reception that we would have breakfast every day. When we went to the restaurant the second day, for breakfast, a not so nice lady welcomed us sharing we didn't book the breakfast. In the end she accommodated us but being greeted not well before food in the morning felt very bad. The second thing is that we requested using the Spa area and we thought a jacuzzi was available like in the pictures. When we got there only the saunas were open, and the jacuzzi was closed. We could have been informed prior to going there.

Wunderschönes altes Weingut inmitten der Toscana. Wir haben ausgezeichnet im Restaurant gegessen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Alles war in Ordnung

The property was very nice. Just didnt have enough time to enjoy all facilities. Wiuld have appreciated to receive more advice at check in but with only 2 nights it was only limited time
