Good location. Pool good early morning but crowded later. Electric car charging point was a plus. Grounds clean and well cared for.

Accommodation was very basic, uncomfortable, and noisy. We could hear everything that happened in the upstairs apartment. Kitchen equipment was minimal. We arrived only just after office hours, but no one took the trouble to welcome us.

Beautiful family business on the hills of Crete Senesi. Very charming farm house with spacious rooms in Tuscan style. Excellent restaurant with outstanding wines from the own vineyards, in a beautiful setting. Outstanding friendly service from the entire staff! They make everything work with a big smile. 2 nice swimming pools with view on the Tuscan hills.

La fattoria is a beautiful historical farmhouse located at a top of a lovely hill with scenic views upon Tuscany. The room was large and confortable. Perfect place to rest and disconnect.

No free bottles of water in the room. Expensive inhouse restaurant. You have to pay extra for jacuzzi.

the property is beautiful and staff is THE BEST!

unfortunately we came the day after they had a big wedding so the restaurant, spa and other facilities were closed when we came and we haven’t seen any other guests. they recommend another restaurant 10 min away but the restaurant canceled our reservation and said they unexpectedly closed that day. we only had 2 days in Tuscany so we ended up moving hotels to get the best out of our vacation.
