Atlantica Aegean Blue - All Inclusive

Quantität statt Qualität Riesige Auswahl beim Essensbuffet jedoch leidet die Qualität der Speisen darunter. Frühstück war extrem entäuschend. Rührei aus der Packung, wenn nicht Pulver. Griechischer Joghurt gibts im Supermarkt besseren, Früchte zum Teil sehr unreif und ungeniessbar, Anschriften der Speisen unklar (Special Omletts) Musste man ständig nachfragen was drin ist, da man selber nicht wählen konnte. Oder Low Fat Jam?? Gibt es das? Wie gesagt Quantität statt Qualität Abend Essen war jedoch meistens gut und abwechslungsreicher. Personal bis auf vereinzelte Mitarbeiter schlecht gelaunt und ohne Motivation. Tische waren dreckig und zum Teil fehlte Besteck was man extra Ordern oder holen musste. Z.b Servietten und Besteck am Boden wo die Kellner X-mal dran und drüber laufen können anstatt sie mal aufzuheben Cleaning im Zimmer mangelhaft. Badezimmer wurde nie gereinigt obwohl das Hotel durch andere Rezesionen bereits von dem Mangel wusste. Minibar wird nur all 2 Tage aufgefüllt sowie Strandtücher können 2 mal pro Woche frische geholt werden. Bilder auf Homepage veraltet, keine Strandliegen / Strand wie auf dem Bild vorhanden sondern ein Fremdanbieter vermietet eine Liege für 7.5 Euro / Tag / Liege. Cocktails an den Bar's eher schlecht und die Softgetränke enthalten mehr Chlor als der Swimmingpool. Anlage an sich schön und gepflegt. Alles im Allen konnte man sich zwar entspannen aber würde diesem Hotel keine 5 Sterne geben und es leider nicht weiter Empfehlen.

Me and my Wife visited the Atlantica Aegean Blue in September 2025 to get married. I am going to breakdown this review into 2 sections, the holiday and the wedding. Holiday We previously visited the Atlantica Imperial 5 years ago and Mitsis Grand 2 years ago.We booked the Aegean Blue as we had some children in our wedding party and we knew the backdrop of Kolympia is stunning. We have no complaints in relation to the restaurants and managed to visit all 3 al a cartes. The snack bar was a nice touch especially if you have children. The food at the buffet and restaurants was fantastic. We were upgraded to a swim up room which was brilliant. The rooms appeared to be refurbished modern and were cleaned regularly. The mini fridge was also replenished on a daily basis. All of the bar staff work hard around the hotel and offer great service. We made sure to tip the bar staff regularly to thank them for there excellent service. Especially the pool bar staff! Wedding I want to start off by saying me and my wife had the best day ever. Having all of our friends and family in Greece meant the world to us. We all had a great time in the hotel and had an amazing Wedding day. We had an initial meeting with Mel and Dion. Mel especially did a great job at reassuring us the day would run smoothly and was great in the morning of our big day. The ceremony was super special and was orchestrated by both Mel and the photographer. The whole morning was amazing and we will never forget it! We selected a number of extras and would highly recommend that anyone getting married considers including: The Violinist, extended bar drinks menu, fireworks. Whilst we had the best day, our guests will not have noticed a couple of problems which we experienced particularly in the afternoon once Mel and the photographer left. 5 minutes before my wife arrived to the wedding ceremony Dion asked me at the alter if I knew the name of the song my wife would be walking down the aisle to... This was intended to be a spontaneous to allow us to enjoy the moment and my wife had already told her the song she wanted. We chose to have our evening meal at the Italian. The setting was stunning and the decor of the tables was just how we wanted. The level of service we received at the restaurant could have been better. Our wedding sign was not on show and staff appeared shocked when we arrived at the specified time (6pm). Our Wedding planner Dion was nowhere to be seen. Upon arrival to the Italian restaurant me and my wife greeted our guests as they arrived. We had a bit of a tumbleweed moment as we were not subsequently greeted to our seats. I also requested that an item was placed under my seat, ahead of my speech. The restaurant staff accidentally placed this item under the wrong seat which ruined the surprise. Without our request the restaurant staff decided to serve our wedding cake immediately after a 3 course meal. Virtually all of our cake was thrown into the waste rather than enjoyed. The whole restaurant section had zero coordination, the speaker was not charged for our speeches and me and my Wife had to orchestre escorting our guests to the pergola. All things considered we would recommend getting married at this hotel, however if you are due to get married in 2026/27 I would definitely recommend setting your expectations at the outset. We had an incredible time!

Absolutely fantastic meal only bettered by the service. Nothing was too much trouble and the food was delivered and cooked to absolute perfection. Thank you for such a wonderful evening.

Dimitra was perfect for the deep tissue massage. She was able to deliver the perfect amount of pressure. I feel completely renewed. Definitely recommend!! The location was beautiful, with relaxing music, refreshments included. Everyone was very polite. And a sauna and steam room service afterward.. absolutely perfect and worth the price 100%.

Great pools, fantastic animation team doing activities and mini disco. The restaurants are lovely with excellent service. We played Water polo adults and kids and water gymnastics. Great bar 👍 Clean rooms and bathrooms.

Nothing to dislike, really lovely hotel and facilities. Giving us an upgrade to a swim up room was amazing, we loved it, thank you so much!

Just returned from a week stay and was super impressed with this hotel! The service and welcome from the staff here is amazing there was always a smile or willingness to help and make you feel special. Pools were lovely we used the bottom pool which was really easy to access, had a fabulous sea view and great swim up bar. We also found this pool area a bit quieter than the bigger pools at the top which were used more by family’s. Sunbeds do get reserved but there’s plenty of options on the grassed areas which have shade if you don’t manage to get a poolside spot. Room was really great we stayed in a superior double which had a full sea view and massive terrace but I think we were upgraded but all the rooms seem modern, simply but tastefully furnished and decorated. Ours had walk in shower but I’m not sure if some have baths with shower over but all nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. We were impressed with the greeting and orderly way you are guided to a table in the buffet restaurant and we felt the food choices and quality were better than some of the other AI we have been to. Food was constantly replenished and areas were kept really tidy and clean. Good selection at breakfast practically every think you could think of and something different every night along with the staples like pasta and Greek station, we never struggled to find something The snack shack wouldn’t be something I would use but it really is well thought out and def worth a try if you don’t want to go up to the buffet for lunch or missed breakfast. They have salad, burgers, chips, pizza, sandwiches and even noodles all of which were nicely served and tasted great. We didn’t really watch the entertainment, I think because while we were there there were quite a few young families so even though there were acts on we felt it was a bit spoiled because there were mostly young children dancing and running around but that’s our choice, we’ve all been there and tbh we could have chosen and adults only hotel but we did enjoy sitting outside the upstairs bar. We did think it would be nice if this was perhaps just for adults say after 9 with maybe a live music option as there is only so many times you can play cards ! We used two of the Al carte restaurants the Italian and the Greek Service in the Italian was fabulous, Angela was a delight ! We enjoyed the food and style of both. There is also a Asian restaurant which looked really lovely but we weren’t overly keen on the menu it was a bit too “Fusion” but if that’s something you enjoy it definitely looked nice located over a pool. There really isn’t a specific beach just a set of steps down to the sea but it’s not too difficult to access and the sea is clear and warm definitely worth a dip! We travelled 10 mins by car to Tsambiki beach which is a lovely it has clear water, soft sand and nice restaurants. There is a bus to this beach which I think you can get really close to the hotel. The location of the hotel is ok just outside of Kolymbia but we would recommend visiting either Rhodes Old Town or Lindos each 1/2hr away in different directions but beautiful especially for a nice meal or both have lovely bars if you want a bit of a change. I think both can be reached by bus if you don’t have a car or there are plenty of trips on offer to them. Check out is 12pm which is great but you can also book a half hour slot where you are allocated a room to shower and get changed ready to fly at no extra charge. (Towels are provided just need your toiletries) Finally just want to say a big Thankyou to the staff, the management should be very proud of them all !

The hotel is absolutely perfect! We highly recommend it. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff cleaned our room thoroughly every day. There are many swimming pools at the hotel, which creates a spacious feeling and prevents overcrowding. The restaurants at the hotel are excellent. In the main dining hall, Jessie from the kitchen staff took special care to bring me food as a vegan. There is a wide variety of food, both for vegans and in general. In the morning, I got almond yogurt, vegan cheese, and vegan pancakes. For lunch, there was pasta or pizza, salads, and more. In the evening, we ate at the Greek and Italian restaurants, and the food was delicious at both. Additionally, the wait staff at both restaurants were wonderful and provided great service. We were only supposed to get one meal at a specialty restaurant, but when the hotel found out we were there for our honeymoon, they gave us a complimentary extra night at a restaurant. The hotel has a snack bar with delicious food that is open from noon to late afternoon. The food is great for snacking by the pool. The hotel has a very fun water park with water slides. The park wasn't crowded, which allowed us to go on the slides again and again without waiting in long lines. Overall, the entire hotel staff is very welcoming, helpful, and kind. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and we think its biggest strength is the friendly staff who made our vacation perfect!
