We stopped there with my kids in our way to Myrtle Beach to rest up and spend the night, in the description it say there were restaurants and room services we went there and no check in person available no food no room service, the pool is dirty the room is the worst room number 103 it’s like a basement you CANNOT sleep due to the AC by the little window making the whole room vibrate we didn’t sleep not for two minutes, I would not stay there again even if they were going to pay me.

Loved the resort. Easy check in. Location was perfect. Quiet and relaxing.

The spa was amazing! I wrote a lengthy Google review. I will simply say it is a holistic, relaxing, clean, and an enjoyable experience! The atmosphere and views are top of the line! And they have so much to offer!

This is so Sad as we have stayed here before but there must be some accountability to call yourself a “Resort”. In 4 days staying here with a big price tag it stressed me out. It’s so run down and dirty in pool / spa area. Hot tub didn’t even work one whole day. The pool was CLOUDY the entire time. There is zero monitoring only by the owner sometimes. Bar was never open. One umbrella sat upside down from AM to PM before he picked it up. We even cleaned up the diarrhea by a child by spa in the late pm because we knew no one else would. Not acceptable! Pots around pool are only weeds. So sad. Could be so Beautiful if they took care. Furniture is disgusting dirty and not even white or clean. No cushions. We had the big townhouse style cabin- - very nice but no details cared about -many spots were spackled and cracked no paint. There is sign on door for a 250.00 cleaning fee? we weren’t charged but that was unprofessional. There is a washer but it doesn’t work. I even bought laundry soap to wash the few towels they gave us but discovered that in night. There’s a sign 10 to use but they don’t return messages so who knows- nickel and dime for a “resort”.We were scared to try the restaurant after the awful state of pool but we did and can say that was excellent. Server was wonderful and food was clean and beautiful view. Also, make sure you bring toilet paper - soap for kitchen etc etc as they have one roll only. No service no follow up . No front desk

We really wanted to like this place. Instead, we strongly advise you to book somewhere else. The property is ok at best, the rooms are not well maintained, management is indifferent at best and the noise from the airport really kills any calm mountain vibe. We did not check out the restaurant or spa so those might be great! Details below on our experience.. We booked a "Mountain View cabin" but didn't receive any further details until the day we were supposed to arrive. This hotel does contactless checkin so you need to know your room number before you arrive. We called and left no less than 10 messages before we finally got a call back from Kevin. Kevin gave us our room number but informed us it was a "waterfall view". He flatly said he didn't care what was advertised through hotel.com where we booked at the same full price shown on the hotel website. The resort was full so we got 3b or nothing. We hoped to hike on the property since the website shows trails or perhaps play disc golf. This didn't work out as there are no maps or trail information on property or on line. No trail markers or distance info. Nothing. The disc course- we are super casual players. This course might be awesome if you are good. If you are just looking to play with your kids, it's a bad fit. Again, no map, the only markings on the course are on a log on the ground. The playable area is fairly narrow and all around it is very overgrown. It's difficult to find the next hole and difficult to find your disc in the thick growth and briars if you don't have near perfect throws. Noise: This hotel is about 9 miles from Asheville Regional Airport. This is an issue because the flight path is RIGHT ABOVE the hotel. The planes have descended to about 2,000'-ish with landing gear down. There were a lot of smaller jets that are pretty loud when coming in for landing. We were additionally surprised how many large airbus planes land there. The kids counted at least 15 "big ones". This really compromises any quiet you might hope to find. Finally, the cabin. Ours was run down with mold in the shower, dust/ dog hair in the corners, cracks in the walls and 2 splits that have leaked blue stuff all down the wall. The 2 units could not cool the upstairs below 81 while the sun was up. We brought this up to Kevin who said I was the only person, ever to have an issue with the air conditioner and that I must have turned on the heat. There are so many great little resorts and places to stay in this area. Avoid this one.
