Huvan Inn

Huvan Inn is a very nice place with extremely friendly staff. They made our stay so much better with just their friendliness, always there and with a smile! The place is clean and airy, right next to the ocean. We also did some excursions with them which were super cool. We especially liked that the guides were very clear about not touching any of the marine life or corals, it seems quite rare to encounter that care. The breakfast was good, everyday we got some varying options at the buffet. We would highly recommend staying here!

If you were not one of the earliest at breakfast some things would run out quickly. Maybe it would be better to plate the breakfast for every guest individually. There was a bit of an odd smell in the bathroom like old tobacco, could have been from the drain, but it got quite strong at times. And the beds were quite soft and sagging a bit in the middle.

The two guys working at the place were great. Very minimal contact with owner. Good food.

Wifi not great

Loved the breakfast, best one I've had in the Maldives! Staff were impeccable, picked us up at the port, arranged both Shark Point tour and speedboat to Male' for us! Everything was clean!

Met two staff there. The younger one was friendly. But limited English

1) dishonest. The older staff asked us to pay him directly full price of ferry for both of our kids, which should be half of the price. Both of the boat staff and a local passenger on the boat confirmed it should be half price for our kids. And when we asked a refund, someone there threatened us to leave the boat. 2) we booked through booking and chose to pay directly to Huvan. But they charged us a transaction fee for using card. It is the first time we met this. Usually the price from booking it is the final price with card. 3) the mattress is old and pills badly. And the sheet is too thin, you can still feel the pills with sheet, which is uncomfortable. 4 small restroom and no windows no segregation between toilet and shower. The drain is not working properly.

Location is good All staff & the owner are friendly and helpful Reasonable price for tour organized Tasty breakfast & dinner ( dinner surprised us a lot)

Standard facilities Pity that couldn’t taste once the local breakfast during our stay even already communicated a night before.

Everything was as expected, would come back again.

Good location near to the beach lovely friendly staff , beach bar near the hotel not noisy shut at midnight . Breakfast ok.

Large ants and insects in the room on bedding. It could sorted out.
