The property was hard to find at first because the entrance is down an alley. At night they have a chain and lock for the main door. I can understand the need for safety but if there is a fire, this is the only exit for the property. The room was very comfortable. Upon arrival there was a plate of fresh fruit waiting for us. Very nice! There were 2 double beds which helped. The bathroom sink was unique in the fact it was a pedestal with a very small bowl. The shower was wonderful. The showerhead was very high so that any tall person would fit under it. The one thing we missed was having a small frig for our beverages. All in all we enjoyed our stay there.

La atención y amabilidad del personal. Eso fue lo que más no agradó. El edificio está en buen estado.

La puerta de acceso principal está desajustada, por lo tanto se usa una cadena con candado para cerrar a eso de las 11 de la noche. En realidad no es un hotel, es simplemente una estancia para pasar la noche dignamente y bañarse al día siguiente. No se ofrece nada más. Si requieres plancha y burro hay que solicitarlo para que te lo lleven. La habitación que nos asignaron no contaba con ventilación, nos estábamos ahogando, eso me parece muy mal por parte del diseño de las habitaciones. Una vez nos quedamos sin agua y otra vez tuvimos que solicitar apoyo al personal de mantenimiento para que arreglara la mezcladora del lavabo. La habitación no cuenta con ningún clóset para guardar ropa. Creo que este tipo de alojamiento está pensado más para jóvenes mochileros o parejas con recurso $$$ limitado.

Todo bien para el tipo de estancia… Un poquito complicado encontrar el lugar Fuera de eso… excelente concepto…

Bien situé, très propre, confortable, parfait pour un court séjour.

1. Poor communication during the complicated check in 2. No reception staff -only housekeeping staff. I don’t recommend for English speaking guests. No habla basic Ingles. 3. Noisy roosters waking you up early morning 4. Lacks safe, hair dryer, breakfast , limited water bottle 5. Towels have seen better days-stained white towels 6. Crumbling fixtures: loose wiring on lampshade, loose toilet paper holder, shaky faucet/ basin stand 7. Location not near the center. Had to take Uber all the time. 8. Alley leading up to the hotel accumulates pool of water when it rains making it hard for the guests to walk and getting your luggages wet. It did rain straight for 2 days while I was there this weekend. 9. Poor layout: light switches on the other side of the door as you walk into the room, no countertop in the bathroom to lay your essentials, no table in the room

Bien para descansar, totalmente encharcado el pasillo de enterada no había manera de pasar sin mojarse los pies.
