The location was good, the facilities were clean and the bed comfortable. The host was very helpful and pro-active.

"A basic property in a beautiful part of Devon."

The property was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed including cafetière. A lovely area in South Devon, Stoke beach was a highlight.

The bed is very soft and lumpy. The sofa is also very uncomfortable to sit on. Although not a big deal, the sliding door into the bathroom needs some oil as it is very loud and disturbing at night. The outside light also flashes on all night when something triggers the sensor which is irritating.
