朝食が豊富で美味しかった

何度も利用させてもらっているので使い勝手が良く、非常に過ごしやすいホテルです。朝食バイキングのホワイトフレンチトーストは絶品です。ただ、円安の影響もあってかインバウンドも好調のようで、宿泊料金がどんどん値上がりしており、もう手が届かなかなってしまいました。

スタッフの方々、フロント、朝食会場等 明るくご挨拶があり、気持ちよく過ごせました JR札幌駅から7〜8分 室内も綺麗でした 地下に大浴場、コインランドリーもあり便利でした

1. The location can’t be beat. Right next to the Sapporo train terminal, so you can get anywhere pretty easily. And in that train station, there are SO MANY shops and restaurants, it’d be easy to spend two whole days there eating and shopping without ever going above ground. 2. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful, patient, and professional. English is limited but we were able to communicate via Google Translate. They even helped me schedule a taxi to the airport and explained to the company how much luggage I had to ensure they sent an appropriate car. I saw some reviews complaining about the staff not being able to speak English. And in my opinion, coming to Japan and expecting everyone to speak English is a pretty entitled way of approaching things...half the fun of traveling to another country is trying to figure out how to communicate (thank goodness for Google translate lol). 3. They have a bunch of toiletries in the lobby! Not sure if this is common at all Japanese hotels, but this amenity was available at all 3 hotels I stayed at on this trip, including Solaria. 4. I got a King room and it’s quite spacious for a hotel room in Japan. Really clean and pleasant, with no wasted space. The provided soap, shampoo, and conditioner are pleasantly scented and not overpowering like most other hotels. The mattress is definitely way more firm than I'd like. It's basically a thin futon on top of a tatami mat, and my lower back/hips were NOT happy. Next time, I'll ask for extra cushioning to help. 5. The onsen is a really nice experience! Highly encourage everyone to try it at least once. I was initially really self conscious but got over it super fast. 6. The breakfast was just ok. If you like all-you-can-eat fresh seafood bowl for breakfast, then it's great! But the morning I went, there were no fresh pastries, although they did have warabimochi. Overall, it's still way better quality and selection compared to hotels in the U.S. and even those I stayed at in Europe. All in all, I really like this hotel. Definitely recommend and would prioritize staying here again the next time I’m in Sapporo (hopefully in the next year!).

スタッフの方も優しく、施設内もとても綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。今度は連泊したいと思います。
