"Not an ideal air BnB, won’t be recommending to anyone. We felt the neighbours ruined a nice family reunion."

The space was great for a family with two lounges making it spacious.

The two bay garage was unavailable to park in and caused parking congestion on the street, which lead to an unhappy neighbour and confrontation. The downstairs toilet seat was broken & the shower upstairs overflowed and leaked into the downstairs laundry. The bins were full when we arrived and the gardener/yard keeper turned up and did yard work while we were staying there without being notified.

"Pleasant"

The shower temperature not consistent and the water pressure also not consistent, make it very uncomfortable having shower, we can only shower one at a time due to water pressure and temperature inconsistent, master bedroom window broken can't close all and the outdoor of the house is dirty too, no Netflix

Great instructions and easy check in

Everything was great, the only disappointing thing was we had booked for 8 people, all of which are well accommodated for. However there is not enough hot water to allow for 8 people to have very quick showers.

The position and the view were fabulous. The house was warm and more than enough room for four people.

two of the three toilet seats were just about unusable, they were not connected . The place was not clean. Crumbs on the dinner table, food splashes behind the cooktop. kitchen needed a really good clean. Still some rubbish in the downstairs bathroom. We were looking forward to a fire, which we were unable to use. We were unable to park the car in the garage. And big signs up everywhere telling us of the things we couldn’t do.
