🙂Family Room: spacious enough for 5 people. AC was working. The location has accessed to convenient stores, karinderia, trike terminal, talipapa and food carts

🙁 1. No Towels (old towel but ironed) and toiletries (only liquid soap and 1 roll tissue issued) upon check in. We had to request it when we arrived. 2. Rates didn't include free access /use to the swimming pool. Separate charge for the use of the pool. 3. The bathroom- basin was clogged and hot/cold shower no power. The door knob was near its wear and tear. Need to be replaced 4. Wifi- they had given us tickets for wifi but we couldn't connect. 5. TV was working but only one Local channel was available. 6. Mosquitoes were seen during our stay. 7. Noisy- we could hear the footsteps of the other tenants (2nd flr) because the flooring is wooden. 8. Parking- they had provision for parking but no staff was guiding us. Overall: it's not worth the price and we had an unpleasant stay.
