The location was good, the staff overall friendly and the sitting area was good

The mattress was full of stains as was the pillows when we changed the pillow cases. Didn't like having to pay cash, we arrived at 4:30 am and was initially refused to enter although I'd messaged the hotel prior to the visit. The room was dirty and full of ants and other insects. No one offered to clean the room or change the towels and sheets we stayed for 9 nights. I didn't like a staff member asking for money and food. The hotel also advertised WiFi in the room and a seating area. No seats and WiFi didn't reach the rooms
