bedrooms very hot on a cold night, no tea spoons, not enough glasses for the people staying to all have a drink

Love the location and the spaciousness.

Toilets were dirty, dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the lift fob only worked in one lift (which we had to discover ourselves), one of the blinds wouldn't roll up, and dirty towels left in the wardrobe. Having the concierge desk a couple of blocks away is not ideal.

The location was the only thing this place had going for it.

The room was unlocked when I arrived. There were damaged chairs and blinds when I arrived, and I was blamed for damaging them when I left. Bond was taken from my account before I actually finished my stay and was never given back. Cutlery was filthy. There was not enough bedding for the amount I booked for. I could keep going, but I have not enough time.

Good location, nice room to stay.

Location and security

The apartment was dirty, bed linen dirty, staff arguing that there was a rubbish. Shute on the floor, we staying on, had to go to another floor to get rid of rubbish, which wasn't an issue, however I was getting messages saying that there was a rubbish Shute, which there wasn't.

Very disappointed that we had only one key despite numerous requests, it made it hard as we both travelled in different directions

Love the comfortability of the apartment, the location was strategic and convenient to travel around. Check in and out was so easy too

Washing machine

No extra key, no movie or sports channel, 2 tvs but only 1 remote, house keeping did average job, asked for early check in - but no go.. broken tap handle, dust everywhere, when its cold rainy weather- you would at least expect movie channel to be entertained if you stay in.

Location is not bad

The apartment was dirty when we arrived. Keys are to be collected from different locations, which is very inconvenient. Furniture is old and broken, and dining chairs are broken and unsafe to sit on. The cook top is not working and wasn't able to cook dinner for my family. Contacted them, but no one got back to me. The washing machine was dirty and mouldy. The high chair had one leg missing no longer could be used as a high chair. The carpet is filthy and mouldy. We ended up leaving this apartment earlier and stayed in novotel hotel near the airport. I would recommend that owners renovate the apartment and buy new furniture. Also, in the end, I was falsely accused of taking a set of keys and not returning so they could take a security deposit.
