La struttura si trova in una buona posizione. La pulizia è adeguata.

Come ci è stato riferito una volta arrivati in struttura, a causa della prenotazione tramite booking abbiamo dovuto,dopo tre giorni, cambiare stanza. La nuova stanza era di dimensioni assolutamente inadeguate e non conformi a quanto prenotato a mezzo booking. Di fatto la proposta presente su booking si è rivelata non conforme alla realtà. A fronte di numerose prenotazioni tramite booking, di questa siamo rimasti profondamente delusi.

Niente, se non la comodità rispetto all’evento alla quale abbiamo partecipato, per il resto per la cifra pagata ci si aspettava molto di più. Il signore/custode della struttura (che non è proprietaria dell’albergo ma che gestisce alcune stanze in alcuni periodi, parlo di swadeschi), è stato l’unica nota positiva della struttura, ma ripeto, non ha niente a che vedere con chi ci ha affittato la stanza e non ha potuto fare niente per risolvere la questione.

Della struttura non ci è piaciuto la proprietà, Swadeshi, siamo stati trattati malissimo, ingannati. Abbiamo prenotato un’appartamento: Camera: 1 letto matrimoniale alla francese Soggiorno: 2 divani letto. Ci siamo trovati una stanza con una cucina e un letto matrimoniale che in realtà era in divano letto e una stanza con due letti a castello. Abbiamo fatto presente la questione a Booking, sono stati molto gentili, hanno provato a contattare swadeshi ma questi hanno fatto orecchie da mercanti e han fatto finta di nulla per poi chiudere l’ufficio per il week…risultato ce ne volevamo andare ma non è stato possibile. Non ci hanno proposto nessuna alternativa né rimborso. L’unico è stato Booking. A monte di una prenotazione di 5 notti a quasi 900 euro ci è sembrato tutto molto assurdo. La stanza/appartamento poi non è che fosse un granché. Non ci è stata neppure richiesta la tassa di soggiorno, fatto che ci ha spinto a fare segnalazione agli enti competenti e la struttura è stata segnalata. Abbiamo scritto nuovamente alla struttura chiedendo rimborso parziale e una risposta, ma ad oggi nessuno si è ancora fatto vivo, avranno fatto il weekend lungo. Procederemo comunque per vie legali

Astoria was very close to the ski lift with a spacious parking lot ( free of cost ) The hotel was very clean , actually we had cleaning service every day . Most important characteristic in my opinion was the low price compared to the other hotels in the area. Of course is an accommodation that doesn’t offer breakfast but I didn’t mind that at all .

I think the management of the accommodation should consider providing internet service to the customers!

Location was great, one minute from the supermarket. The rooms were fine although the kitchen area was tiny. The bathroom had been updated. The beds were made up each day. It was nice to have a table to eat at.

It is a large hotel but it was almost empty. It felt a bit strange. It said no parking but there was ample parking. Nothing was provided to wash dishes but detergent was provided when we asked, but no scrub brush. The hotel would have been amazing in its heyday ( the ‘70s).
