Appartamenti Astoria La Villa

Good location with plenty of restaurants in a walking distance. Nice, clean facilities. They let us park there even after we checked out for a few days while we were hiking.

Keys were only available after siesta was over. No onsite food available (even thought there is a restaurant on the main floor).

The on-site staff were nice, and the cleaners did a good job. Although it's a condominium, the cleaning service was offered every day, which is great. Also the location is very comfortable and central, and very close to the ski lifts.

People who work at the property have nothing to do with whoever lists the property on Booking and we were pretty much cheated on the room type. We booked a 1-bedroom apartment with one large bed in the bedroom and 2 sofa-beds in the living room (this is what our booking confirmation says and what I picked). When we arrived the on-site staff told us that the booking agency that lists properties assigned us to a different room type with a bunk bed in a tiny bedroom (a double bed wouldn't even enter there), and one sofa bed in the living room. So we were uncomfortable and this was not the type of apartment we booked and not what we were rightfully expected to get and the on-site staff and I tried calling the agency multiple times with no success because the office was closed for Christmas holidays. I would not book this property again this way as I felt cheated and was forced to stay in a different apartment from the one we booked and I would have never picked that type of an apartment.
