THE ease of accessing the facility; the welcome from the owners was exceptional; the security is tight; the rooms are spacius and very very clean; the breakfast was nicely cooked with love and care; the beds are very comfortable; the environment is super special, facing the river while the other room offered the convenience of accomodating my two children; the price is value for money andthe goodbye isthat which says,"see you next time

A very pleasant stay experience. The host was extremely friendly, the environment was excellent and safe, and it truly felt like coming home.

Beautiful location on the Kowie River. The room was very clean and the perfect size for a family of four. The bathroom was big and the beds were comfy. It was nice to have our own bbq facilities too.

The carpet in the room was weirdly damp and didn't smell great.

Great location, owner, cleanliness, ease of stay

Auf unserer Reise von Johannesburg bis Kapstadt, haben wir im Kowie River Guesthaus eine Nacht Station gemacht, gleich vorweg, das ist zu wenig, es reicht leider nicht für einen Spaziergang am Fluß oder weitere Aktivitäten rund um Port Alfred. Der Tipp des Hausherrn beim Ocean Basket zu Abend zu essen, war ein Volltreffer, ebenso das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen, serviert auf deiner eigenen Terrasse bzw. Balkon. Das Kowie River Guesthaus ist sehr, sehr empfehlenswert.
