What a lovely B&B and run by such lovely people. Nothing was too much and we were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived to when we left. If we stay in Sheringham again, we would go back to them. Breakfasts were fantastic. Thank you Sammy and John.

Friendly, clean, good facility, lovely breakfast

The location in Sheringham was excellent and on street parking was no problem. The twin beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. We were booked to stay from 23rd October until 27th which turned out to be the weekend that storm Benjamin arrived.

Our problem was that room number 5 was never really warm and the radiator kept going on and then off again. Thursday and Friday night weren't too bad once we got to sleep but the Saturday night was extremely cold and we woke two or three times in the night and ended up sleeping in our clothes. The radiator was off during the night. We decided in the morning that we couldn't bear the thought of another freezing night and would have to leave and go home. We spoke to the hostess after breakfast and she said that she would ask her husband to look at it and see what he could do. We weren't offered a heater or electric blankets or any other solution. When we asked if we could be refunded for the two nights and two breakfasts she said that she couldn't say as it was up to Booking.com because we had booked through them. In addition to the temperature in the room, the ensuite was tiny and had no heating at all so the towels were damp and had no opportunity to dry. There was a ventilation vent behind the toilet which allowed outside air to blow in.

Only thing I'd say which is extremely minor, is that the main light in my room the bulb could have been a bit brighter

Lovely guest house, good size room with everything you need. Close to town and the beach is a short walk. Great breakfast and friendly hosts. Second time staying and would definitely go back

Two slight dislikes, the shower was full of limescale so it was hard for the water to come out. Also while there was a radiator it kept going on and off which made the room quite cold at times.

Sammy and John are so welcoming. Great choice of breakfast and scrambled eggs are amazing. Rooms are always clean and comfortable

Location was brilliant breakfast was plentiful and and freshly made. The hosts were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We would definitely stay again
