Riverside City Loft Apartment

The location was very good and the rear garden area of the building was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable.

The place felt a little tired such as the rug and cushions. The place just didnt feel clean, especially the shower. The floor looked awful and we didnt want to use it. The cups werent clean, the drawers hadnt been wiped for a while and we found a pill resting on them. There was a mop in the cupboard that had seen better days. Towels were a bit grey as well.

No light in key cupboard. Tv didnt work. Mat in lounge was filthy. Needs binning

The floor rugs in the bedroom and sitting room are very dirty in fact the sitting room rug needs to be replaced.

Beautiful appartment, great location, nice view.

Bad communication with the staff, difficult to reach. Not even shower or bath liquid...

Excellent Location. Comfortable mattress. Kitchen was good.

Bathroom Shower floor, was either dirty or mouldy in places. The bottom of the toilet bowl had brown limescale. Floor in living area had a very dirty and stained rug in front of the sofa. Notice on living room wall, advising telephone calls that are deemed unnecessary, could incur an extra charge. This is not very welcoming. Unfortunately, during our stay scaffolding had been erected immediately outside one of the bedroom windows. We should have been made aware of this at the time of our booking. At 4.30am on our second night at the property, intermittent noise began from the area where the scaffolding was. This continued all through the early hours of the morning. Therefore, making impossible to sleep at all.
