The Edgartown Inn, The Edgartown Collection

Perfectly located one block from Edgartown Harbor and shopping and restaurants and cafes and galleries and ice cream, the Edgartown Inn was a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are quite lovely and very comfortable. Decor was just right for this old sea captains former home, very tastefully renovated! Breakfast was a delicious surprise as well. I highly recommend this wonderful lodging on MV!

This was our second stay at the Inn. We were previously in the carriage house, which was exceptional. The location can't be beat. Even though we were very close to the Chappy ferry, it does not impact your stay. You are a quick walk to everything. The Inn has a modern and airy décor. It also has a nice outdoor area.

This stay, we were in the main inn. The rooms are much smaller. The fan in the bathroom had to run all the time due to the humidity, we were told. The air conditioning is old and very loud. The door to our balcony did not close. We were at the top of the house, so there were lots of stairs. However, the real issue is the price. This is a very expensive inn, even for MV standards. It is not a full service hotel, and yet it is more expensive. The price has increased by 40% since our last stay in 2023. So, it is not surprising the inn was not full for a high season weekend.

Everything. Every last detail was perfect! The. Breakfast was wonderful and the coffee delicious. Great assortment of teas as well!

Room was very nice and efficiently laid out. Great location for walking to restaurants and shops. Outdoor patio was so nice for a night cap. Front porch also had a very pleasant seating area. Their hospitality bar had a nice assortment of herbal teas, water, coffee, freshly baked cookies. The complimentary breakfast was perfect, simple, well balanced, nicely displayed and tasty, with warm croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt, homemade granola, muffins, banana bread, teas, coffee, juices, hard boiled eggs. We will return.

We loved the design of the property. The outdoor spaces are so cozy and lovely. The bedding is super comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and you can tell they truly care about the Inn that they work at and making sure everyone has a lovely relaxing time. We also loved the location, the inn is super central. It is so nice to be so close to many restaurants, shops, the harbor, and the lighthouse.

I would 100% recommend this as a place to stay in Edgartown. The location on Water Street is great, the rooms nice (cosy!) and the staff are fab! We were lucky to be there for 4th July and the parade came right past the property! There isn’t a restaurant or bar but Edgartown is lovely with lots of great places to eat or get coffee / ice cream within easy walking distance. You can also bring drinks back to the hotel and enjoy them by the fire pit in the evening. Absolutely fab trip and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Edgartown Inn!!

Friendly staff who were very helpful with suggestions on food, beaches and transportation. Very comfortable room with a great view of the ocean.

I’ve never had a better experience before! Fabulous check-in, check-out, breakfast and clean facilities. We will definitely come back!

Perfect launching spot in Edgartown. The staff was wonderful and went to great lengths to make sure we had a lovely stay - and we did! Highly recommend.
