Great place to stay clean rooms and friendly staff

There is just enough space for one person. When showering, the water pressure is pretty good. The dumpster is conveniently placed in case you have to take out your own trash. The cable works just fine, and they have some fire channels. The microwave, stove top, and refrigerator worked super well.

For some reason, the toilet flushes very slowly, and the phone that is provided does not actually work... But out of all the things wrong with this place, that was the most livable part. No matter how often i deep cleaned, there would be a few occurrences of roaches. ALSO THE CARPET IS INCREDIBLY DIRTY. The way that the rooms are set up, especially the bathrooms, it's very easy for mildew and mold to form on towels and on the ceiling. My air conditioner didn't work very well, it would keep shutting off, and I would have to manually cut it back on. In the winter times, the doors apparently freeze the key-card sensors on the doors which freezes your door shut. The staff members will help you get the door open, but then they just casually direct you to keep your window open or cracked when you leave so that you can climb into the window of your room as a substitute, which was very inconvenient for me because I'm pretty short.😕Even though I was here for a little more than a month, room service didn't show up as often as they were supposed to (written that they are supposed to show up every 7 days) and I only got room service maybe twice. Good thing I'm self sufficient. The beds are kinda uncomfortable, too, and Whenever room service did come and change my sheets, they were quite lazy and wouldn't always put the right size fitting sheet on my bed. In fact, most of the staff members are lazy.
