המיקום טוב קרוב לשדה תעופה לרנקה. יש מכולת מעולה במרחק הליכה. יש מזגן חזק בסלון.

רמת הניקיון בדירה מאוד נמוכה , הבריכה מאוד מלוכלכת והשטח מסביב לבריכה מלוכלך. הברזים והדוש מתפרקים. המזרן מאוד לא נוח. המבנה מוזנח מתפרק ומלא יונים. המקרר עבד כל כך רע שנאלצנו לזרוק הרבה אוכל שהתקלקל. לא היה זרם מים במקלחת כלל. המזגן בחדר שינה כל כך רועש שאי אפשר לישון. השכן ממול רואה טלוויזיה כל הלילה ושומעים אותו כך שאי אפשר לישון

Les appartements sont propres, spacieux, matériaux de qualité La piscine propre, peu fréquentée

Manque d'entretien des appartements : absence de lave-vaisselle (pourtant indiqué dans les équipements), climatisation ne fonctionne pas dans une chambre, quantité de vaisselle très limitée, "trou" dans le plafond au dessus de baignoire
