The apartment was clean and tidy. Nice views over the pool. john was very helpful Highly recommended

If you want to see the sites I recommend hiring a car. But dont use AERCAR 👎👎

Expensive but far

The apartment was very large with large swimming pool outside. The pool is not private- it is shared with the other apartments in the complex but was clean and warm. The host was great - John was very supportive and answered all questions very quickly. There is a possibility for self check in- check out which is very comfortable.

The location is not good. There is nothing close - if you want to buy a coffee you have to drive approx 1 km or more. Supermarket is car needed. The beach nearby is not sandy. The amnenities is outdated and needs to be refreshed in general.

The penthouse apartment wasn't ok at all. Really outdated- old towels with stains from the loundry, sheets also with stains, I do not know from how many years they are but they have to be replaced urgently. Not clean - bathroom were ok, but the kitchen, living room - dust etc. But the most uncomfortable thing was the smell- we stayed for 3 days- for all these days the smell couldn't dissapear- it was something between alchohol and old fruits- really very bad. If we were for more days probably would not stay there despite of the prepaid rent. Airconditioning- not working in the living room at all. In one of the bedrooms was working, but some water was pouring from it from time to time. About the swimming pool (it was written in booking as outstanding feature of this apartment private pool with private acces)- nothing like this- yes the is a pool shared with the other apartments with no available sunbeds ( for 3 days the 3 sunbeds were always occupied by the other rooms). So it is not a big extra that has to be highlithed. No place to buy coffee or a supermarket reachable by foot- only with car, even for bottle of water. My friend was in the studio- there the situation was better- no smell, not so outdated. I can say it was good enough. So maybe in every room is different. However John was really kind, he was trying to help but my opinion is that this place should be repaired in general.

Location was good for us - on the edge of the village with great local taverna and small, well stocked supermarket. Covered parking space. Pool on site. Water pressure in shower was good. Comfortable beds with what appeared to be new mattresses. The apartment manager John responded quickly to my message about the lighting tripping every time we turned the lights on. He brought an electrician who disconnected the overhead light in the bathroom, which turned out to be full of rust and water.

Apartment block (phase 1, block A) and surroundings were tired and grubby. A pile of broken kitchen cabinets greeted us in the entrance. We arrived on a late flight and would have appreciated a few bottles of water in the fridge, and maybe some coffee/tea but there was nothing at all provided. The apartment looked like it had a cursory clean only, with pigeon mess over the outside furniture and floor. Advertising on booking site showed roof terrace with pergola shading, but we found the pergola had been removed so no shade whatsoever meant we could not use the roof terrace (40+ degrees) which we had paid extra for. The roof terrace, furniture and sink area were very dusty/dirty, Surfaces inside were dusty, and there were dirt streaks/old urine stains down the outside of the toilet base. The flush button on the toilet in the small shower room was wobbly. Only one wine glass and 3 cereal bowls in the kitchen cupboard so stocks need to be replenished. Additional bedding quilt in the wardrobe of twin bedroom was found to be stained. Several of the loungers by the pool were torn and unusable and there was rubbish scattered around. Broken loungers piled up in one of the parking places. All in all it just looks neglected. I could continue the list, but I think management have become complacent and need to do a in-depth audit of the property. We will return to Cyprus, but not to this property. I have tried to load some photos to demonstrate some of the issues, but they won’t load on this site for some reason. I’ve put them on Trip advisor instead.
