"Mark clearly cares about his customers."

Good location with respect to leafy suburb with easy access via tram to Manchester. We had an issue with the room, and contacted Mark late Saturday. He was very responsive and resolved our issue speedily and to our satisfaction.

Father’s Day plus hot sunny weather equals a fair amount of noise, though very quiet and peaceful outside of pub hours.

"It was a lovely comfortable place to stay for the night in a great location."

The rooms were lovely and stylish and the bed was very comfortable. It was in a brilliant location right by lovely woodland walks and a very nice shopping street - beech road and it’s in a very nice pub

I couldn’t move the shower temperature very easily to cool it down.

Having been warned that it was help your self cold breakfast we were not disappointed with the good range of food, but we were disappointed with the lack of a place to eat the food so we took it round to our relation's house a short walk away.

There was no cooked breakfast which didn't bother us as the cold breakfast buffet outside our door was excellent plus more food( muffin and croissants) in the room. Location was nice, its a lovely area.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food in the pub was great, and fast. The rooms were clean and they really made a generous effort with the breakfast selection available. Water in the room. Also nice walks in the park nearby. Free parking. Sheets and towels were crisp and new.

Could hear a little noise (maybe from next door TV? Pink soap in bathroom felt a bit tacky - just a few small details would make this feel next level.
