The sea view was very pleasant. The pricing was also very competitive. There was basic furnishing, bottled water supply, and some basic cooking utensils like frying pan, IH stove, fridge.

Cleanliness and quality of furniture can be improved.

Fast check in.. Very convenient.. Excellent location..

1. Main door no extra lock from inside.. Need to upgrade the main door with self lock when enter or leave the apartment. 2. No mirror in rooms. 3. Noisy Aircon, need servicing.

"totally very disappointed not even give a "star""

nothing that I like during my stay....

disappointed. the room many ants. never change daily towel toilet problem no place to hang the the wet towel try to dry the towel on the balcony as there is sun they don't allowed.

"Wonderful Stay"

The home stay is so convenient, just next to Batam Centre. My children love the seaview scenery.

It would be great if you could replace the sofa bed it is sticky from the layered cover on it.

Location, Sea views and price

Wall socket in kitchen doesn't work. Extension plug provided is also spoiled. Bed sheet on the queen size bed is torn. The single size bed has dried blood on it.

It's very convenient near the ferry terminal.

It wasn't an excellent stay as the bedrooms had no dressing table nor mirror. Bedsheets were dirty and the master bedroom mattress had bedbugs. Not a place for a family of 4 to stay. Too cramp. Would not come for a second time. 😞
