I enjoyed the hospitality. This stay at KenGen was better than my previous stay last year. That says a lot in itself.

I didn't have a negative experience.

1 bed apartment dies not have option for twin beds Sparse kitchen cooking utensils ie large pans more for family cooking also no cork screw no washing machine it’s laundry done by the cleaning ladies so no option for underwear washing

The apartments are very spacious. The place is very safe. I was surprised that there is free laundry thrice a week. There is aslo a restaurant at the premises.

Stiff pillow which was replaced on presenting the request for a softer one.

Internet needs to be upgraded to high speed. Internet connection was not strong and intermittently went off in a disruptive manner which create a lot of inconviniences for a business traveller.

Huge rooms, great bed and bedheets, lovely pool. Ironing board, iron.

No washing machine, patchy internet
