GuestHost - Catania City Center Apartment

A szállás szinte teljesen a központban található, 5 perc sétára a metrótól, 2 perc sétára Via Etnea-tól. Közelben csak jó éttermek és kávézók találhatóak. A szállásrol a kilátás fantasztikus. A szállásadó mindent érthetően és alaposan elmagyaráz, kérdés vagy kérés esetén azonnal válaszol és segít. Hiába van a szállás bent a központban éjszaka és napközben is hatalmas a csend tökéletesen lehet pihenni.

Mikró nekem hiányzott a konyhából, baj volt hogy nem volt.

Location is excellent. Quiet street right in the city centre. Flat 4th floor, so mind if you have really small kids. Otherwise nice excercise. Well rewarded by silence and great view. Flat is clean with sufficient equipment. As the kitchen is fully equiped, but no markets near by, it would be nice to have the basics such detergent, oil in place. I can recommend!

It is a beautiful apartment and a fantastic location to explore Catania. The host was very kind and helped us timely with everything we needed. I recommend it 100%

The apartment is amazing. It has all the amenities that you would need for a short stay. Spacious, clean, bright with a nice view of the city and the sunrise and quiet at night to have a good night rest. It is located in the heart of the city so everything is near, just a few minutes walk. As a solo traveler I felt totally safe in the neighbourhood and in the apartment at night. Mariangela was really helpful and she answered quickly to everything I asked. In front of the building there are cute restaurants to dine at night or have a drink if you want but the noise does not reach the apartment at all. I fell in love with Catania so definitely will be going back soon and hope the apartment will be available to stay here as well.

The apartment is beautiful, as it's in the pictures: spacious, with big windows and tall rooms. I spent a lot of time searching for a good accommodation in Catania and this is a perfect choice, as I found a lot of rooms with no natural light or with low ceiling and with main entrance communicating directly with the street. It's true that this apartment is situated on 3rd floor and you have only the stairs to reach it, but it compensates with quietness and nice view to an inner terrace and to the surrounding buildings and even sea. The apartment has everything you want, I wished I've stayed more to enjoy all the facilities :) I liked the idea of separate bins for recycling waste; I was a bit stressed about the disposal schedule, but in the end was very easy to manage. The communication with host Mariangela was on time and very good, so even if we didn't meet, she answered to all my questions and provided clear information. The location is at a waking distance from bus or train station, but be aware that after some flat terrain, you have to climb some stairs to reach the street, as it is on top of a small hill.

In the morning hours I heard some noises that initially I though that are made by mice. I found that the noise is made by the pigeons that most probably are entering under the roof (maybe they have the nest there) and are walking from one place to another.

Everything was perfect. The host was very helpful and provided us with places to visit. The apartment is clean and there is no noise.

There was no terrace and the apartment is on the last floor without lift but that wasn't an issue
