GuestHost - Catania City Center Apartment

The flat was on the top floor, 4th floor, on the Via Crociferi. A historic street in the heart of the city. Very easy to reach by public transport coming from the airport or central train station. It was easy to check-in and check-out following the instructions by Mariangela. I travelled alone, but the flat can certainly host 2-3 people. All in all it was a very comfortable stay.

I think there could be a little bit more equipment in the kitchen, in case a couple would stay at the flat, or for longer stays for people who prefer to cook.

Location was quite good and apartment was of a very good size

- apartment was on the last floor with no elevator - we stayed 5 nights and the towels were never changed. On top of that, we ran out of toilet paper as only 2 rolls were provided. We wrote to the host on the second day asking when can we get fresh towels and she never replied. It never happened to us that we are totally ignored by the host, so this is totally unacceptable - mattress & pillows were uncomfortable

I booked this accommodation and payed in advance three nights, but our flight was changed for other city so we couldn't stay there first night. but owner didn't want to give us refund or give us one more night! That's not our mistake so at least what I expect is understanding from them.. But no, they just took money and that's it. So unprofessional

The host Mariangela was really nice and helpful! We had a situation and we arrived early in the morning , so she came and opened the apartment for us!

It is a very nice, clean, spacious flat with a nice view. It is in an excellent location, 2 corners from via Etna, on via Crociferi; a walking street itself with lots of cafes, restaurants.

We were supposed to not leave any gatbage in the flat despite the fact that garbage collection is available only once a week and there is no dumpster for the building.

Great located apartment in the center of Catania. The apartment was very clean and bright with a good view. The apartment has multiple ACs for each room.

3rd floor without the elevator and can be hot in the hall. Only 3 glasses at your disposal which was strange. I would probably change the TV and add more direct lights instead of lamps.
