"Really lovely weekend."

Great location. Fabulous breakfast. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Great room, shower was fab. Plenty of tea and coffee in our room. Can’t fault it. Will definitely use again if visiting Leomington. Thank you.

Perfect location; rooms were lovely and garden was added bonus with parking available.

Wasn’t that I didn’t like just some had air con (it was a hot weekend) so wouldn’t normally comment on air con.

Lovely breakfast. 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Free offstreet parking. Friendly staff.

Not a complaint and cannot be helped but be prepared to climb alot of stairs to most rooms are upstairs. Expected in this type of building but be prepared .
