Lovely house and garden, very clean, really good location, excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was really good quality and cooked to perfection. Just the right sized full English breakfast and there were also omelettes and smoked salmon available. Good selection of yoghurts, fruit and muffins as well. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We asked for our bottles to be filled with ice and water, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and nice biscuits in the room which were complimentary. They left 3 fans in the room which were essential as we arrived during the May 30+ degree heatwave. Don't know what we would have done without the fans. Perfect location near the river and park and a short walk from loads of excellent restaurants.

The only thing I would improve with the breakfast is that there was only normal filter coffee available. It would have been good to have the option of a cappuccino if we wanted. Would be nice to have air conditioned rooms but I appreciate this might be hard to install for older buildings.

Very comfortable beds, nice hot shower and a beautiful breakfast. Lovely stay.

We stayed here for one night, check in was quick and no complaints at all. We had a comfortable stay and would not hesitate to stay again. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. We would highly recommend.
