Badezimmer in schlechtem Zustand, Duschbrause lässt sich nicht aufhängen, Wasserhahn nicht festgeschraubt, klobrille defekt. Insgesamt abgenutzter Allgemeinzustand. Der TV empfängt leider nur einen Sender.

Die Lage war super, alles gut zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr abgewohnt. Ein Anstrich und ein paar Reparaturen wären angebracht, dann wäre es ein gutes Apartment.

Ideale Lage, Parkplätze sind im Umfeld gut zu finden- Gebührenpflichtig, Sehr ruhige Anlage,

Die Wände der XL Suite, waren schon arg mit Flecken, Streifen (ölig optisch aussehend) von den Gästen die im Dauerwechsel dort wohnten in Mitleidenschaft gezogen- Renovierungsbedürftig. Sauberkeit könnte etwas aufmerksamer erledigt werden. Schlimm war leider der Kanalisations Geruch, nicht nur im Bad auch innerhalb der Räume. Sollte dringend überprüft werden.
