Die Lage war sehr gut. Direkt in der Stadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt nebenan.

Zustand der Einrichtung war mangelhaft. Defekte Einrichtung und abgenutztes Inventar.

Es ist halt schön eine Wohnung zu haben. Gerade die kleine Küche und die Annehmlichkeiten sind schön.

Die Farbe an den Wänden hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Die Tür hat ein riesen riss. Das Sofa ist völlig unbequem zum drauf sitzen. Im Badezimmer blättert die Beschichtung von den Armaturen ab. Im Schlafzimmer war eine Tür vom Schrank beschädigt.... Da müsste definitiv einiges gemacht werden
