Motel Edgebrook Chicago North Shore By Oyo

There was no ac. None. When i contacted the front desk they offered a fan. I would have appreciated being told at check in The air was not working. The motel was clean.

Sheets were not clean & door could barely shut.

Room stunk of cigarette smoke, headboard was atrocious! Couldn’t even sleep on the bed .

Both the property and the room did not resemble the photos on Expedia. It was a sham. Place was not as described and I did not end up staying despite the fact that they refused to cancel and refund my money.

This place was so gross. We walked in. Laid down for maybe one minute and left.

The location was good quiet near places to eat and shop...l felt safe didn't no what to expect first time visiting chicago.i guess for the price it wasn't bad at least there were no bugs.

The overall motel could use some updating .the bathroom was not appealing the tub had old paint the toilet seat unsteady and could have been a little cleaner

Dirty and unsafe. Hotel worker and some random man unlocked our hotel Room at 5:30 in the morning scaring the crap out of us. My husband ran to the door to shut and lock it while yelling out the window that this was our room.
