The location is good and the rooms are clean.

We've stayed at this hotel many times and it has been consistently good. The breakfast continues to be subpar and not only do they charge for parking now, it's gone up to $15/day. Excessive. On this most recent trip, however, we noticed that the bed was not comfortable, the sliding shower door would not stay shut, and the chain on the window shade was broken. A word of caution, however: make sure you take a photo of the Nestle Pure Life bottles of water if you didn't drink them, for proof that you didn't. We were charged $3 for consuming one when we didn't. No consideration is given to the guest; if they say you did it, you did it. After not getting any contact back from the hotel manager, I made a complaint to corporate. But they're still standing on their decision. They've lost my very frequent business over this.

We have stayed at this hotel about 10 times in the past three years and have generally had no issues. I've mentioned that the breakfast is subpar compared to other similarly priced hotels and it hasn't improved. And, they started charging for parking and it went from $10 to $15/day. Excessive. However, on this trip, the bed was very uncomfortable, the shower door wouldn't stay shut so we had to stick a washcloth on the track to stop it, and the chain on the window shade was broken. But that's not the main issue. We were charged $3 for "consuming" a bottle of Nestle Pure Life water that we absolutely did not drink. In fact, we never even touched the bottles. There are two of them on the counter with tags that say they are $3 each if you're not a Gold or Diamond Honors member. I'm not, and I don't open these waters at any hotel. We went to Target right after checking in to buy waters for the fridge in the room. I called to speak to the manager, Sarah, who never returned my call. I was told by one of the front desk clerks that they "investigated" the issue and that the charge would stay on my credit card. I was furious at this, because no consideration whatsoever was given to me, the guest. Maybe the housekeeper made a mistake; I was not given the benefit of the doubt. So I called the corporate office and filed a formal complaint, and was told that the hotel would contact me within 3 days. Today is 8 days later and I had to tell them that I hadn't received a call from the hotel and then I promptly got an email that said the management had determined that we consumed one of the waters and that the charge would stay. Unacceptable. So I've disputed the charge with my credit card issuer and they've lost my business for good. Hope it was worth it, Hilton. And this isn't about $3; it's about how this was handled.

Worst hotel stay ever. If you want a good night rest don’t stay here! Our room was 243. When we arrived there was a white noise machine and 2 packs of earplugs on the nightstand. A nightclub is right outside our window. The music was so loud our windows vibrated and you could feel the thumping base (poor husband woke up thinking he was having a heart attack). We had the noise canceling machine on high, ear plugs in and tv on and we could still hear the music. It went on until 3 or 4 am music and people. I complained to front desk and they just said yes it happens all the time and that was it. I received a text asking how are stay was. I replied and received a response basically saying it has nothing to do with them. Not a sorry, what can we do to make your stay better, nothing. I ask for a partial reimbursement just for the 2 nights it happened not the entire stay. I was again told no and that business has nothing to do with the hotel. I told them the night club may not be your concern but I am their customer so I am their business. Nothing from them. After multiple back and forth they offered 15000 membership points. What a huge disappointment. I have never complained and was a loyal customer. Obviously their customers are not a priority and it’s time to look for a hotel chain that appreciates their guest.
