Horrible experience. Lost out reservation even though we called the day before arriving to confirm they were still open and had our reservation due to inclement weather. We were told that they were still open and we still had our reservation. Denotto working at the front dest is the rudest and most unhelpful desk clerk I have ever worked with. Offered no help or resolutions. Refused to speak with the manager to find a resolution. And was unwilling to help us leaving us stranded with nowhere to stay. 100% would highly recommend staying anywhere but here unless you want to be left without a room and treated horribly by hotel staff

Clean and nice room

Hotel was disappointing from check in. We checked into room 209 around 7:30 PM Charge $15 for parking when app says $10 Lobby bathroom was a mess. Towel and paper on floor and trash can overflowing. Cold coffee and cold water for tea in the lobby. Cleanliness was ok in room. Morning started early with clanging dumpsters and slamming doors from the hotel cleaners. Checked out at noon and accidentally left a brand new $150 vest hanging on a hanger in the closet. Called at 7 PM and nothing was turned in. No one was checked into the room after us. Front desk says they checked and nothing found. Never stay here. You can’t trust a hotel where the cleaning staff is not honest. As a Diamond member I’m extremely disappointed in this Hotel.
