West End Hotel

Easy late check in, quiet location, friendly staff, cleaning very good. Dividing walls between rooms quite thin though.

This hotel send message to the client to arrange the late check in but if you dont see it, you have problem because when you arrive they dont take the phone, nobody in the office and you need to search another hotel to spend the night. Never contact me when I tell that I arrive one hour 30 minutes after the check out. If we have a emergency on the road, how can we contact the hotel. If you dont get it message on your phone then you have a big problem. Thats not acceptable.

Great stay, the staff was friendly and our twin room was large. Dinner was excellent!

Everything good. Didn't eat there at all -so cannot comment on the food.. But room clean, bed comfortable, location excellent . Nairn is a lovely town to stay in

The breakfast absolutely terrible. The staff was not responsive. The rooms were ok.

Warm welcome from reception and a pleasant room led to an enjoyable stay at the West End Hotel.

Comfy bed, Bad point, hot water came through very hot almost scalding.

Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Shower head in our room was slightly broken and we were offered another room. A nice stay.

Had a decent stay, room was fine, clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. Only issue was noise from other rooms, someone was on their phone in another room for hours and it sounded like they were sitting beside me.
