positives-location, fine. Room clean. Gardens nice, as was the cafe restaurant. Good prices for food and plenty of menu choices Staff good. parking fine and place very quiet. Bathrobes nice touch.

Negatives- no hot water first thing, or after sunset. Suspect solar heater. Breakfast very limited- no bacon, tomatoes, fresh rolls, aimed at Asians. Pool can be a problem for old/infirm. Deep Steps with no grab rail, be wary if booking room direct into it. Stingy with toilet rolls and cleaning soaps
