"Lage und Ausstattung ansprechend und völlig okay."

Die Lage ist ansprechend, Supermarkt, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants fusslaeufig immer zu erreichen. Ruhiger Stadtteil. Unterkunft sauber und anonym. Waschmaschine und Trockner top. Kuechenausstattung Top, Rooftop 👍🏻 große Apartments 😊

Die täglichen Probleme mit der Gasversorgung. Immer wenn im Badezimmer 1 der Wasserhahn betätigt wurde gab es beim Gasboiler eine kurze Verpuffung mit Stichflamme. Wurde mehrfach gemeldet. Service war da, aber es stellte sich keine Besserung ein. Ständiger Gasgeruch. Leitung abgedreht, okay aber da gab es kein warmes Wasser mehr. Während unseres Aufenthalt konnte das Problem nicht gelöst werden. Es gab nur eine freundlich und sehr hilfsbereite Person während unseres Aufenthaltes, das war Oskar. Ein dickes Lob an Ihn. Das Servic Personal im Eingangsbereich, besonders die ältere Dame , waren unglaublich unfreundlich und ignorant. Selbst Nachfragen in Spanisch wurden ignoriert. Die Hausordnung gestaltete sich sehr kinderfeindlich. Für Mexiko nicht vorstellbar. Wir bekamen Abmahnung…. Ja schriftliche Abmahnungen. Die Kinder durften nicht im Pool mit dem Wasserball spielen. Es durfte sich auf den Flurgaengen nicht unterhalten werden. Das Gym durfte nur leise benutzt werden. Drama, wenn eine Hantel fallengelassen wurde.

Ubicación

Que no te dejan usar nada de las instalaciones ni amenidades, solo es para dormir, entonces no deberían subir fotos de la alberca ni de ninguna amenidad

el departamento esta increible, los elevadores y areas comunes son de primer nievel, el equipamiento esta correcto y solo unpoco percudido el marmol del baño. pero es lo minimo

seria bueno tener ventiladores de trtecho por que el calor para dormir, la presion del agua caliente es baja pero fue lo minimo por lo que tienes de ubicacion y vista
