It was updated and all the staff was very friendly.

Had a fantastic stay. Staff was courteous and even called when we were late arriving

Property was located on the Main Street of town and accessible to local shops.

Many things were very good. The people, cleanliness and overall room were good. The location was also good, with Walmart being minutes away, and some restaurants near the hotel. The challenges were the WiFi, which would connect, disconnect, connect, disconnect, etc. So we had to use our hotspot to do any work. In addition the 1 elevator for the entire place, was down 2 of the 5 days, and we were are the 3rd floor, and both have knee issues. The water pressure was not very good either. The gym may good for some people, but with just dumbbells and a couple of cardio machines, I ended up having to pay to go to a gym while I was there. Overall it was “ok” for the money.

ATTENZIONE Abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza e Booking non riesce a risolvere il problema con la struttura perché l’hotel non risponde alle mail. La stanza appena siamo arrivati aveva un tappo di siringa all’ingresso davanti alla porta e la tavoletta del water era sporca di feci. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla e ci hanno spostato in una stanza (210) che aveva forti vibrazioni (probabilmente causate dal fatto che i trovava sopra qualche ambiente dove c’erano delle macchine da lavoro). Abbiamo subito invitato la persona alla reception a controllare e verificare ed ha confermato il problema. Era praticamente impossibile dormire. Ci hanno cambiato nuovamente la stanza effettuando un downgrade visto che le king non erano più disponibili e la responsabile dell’hotel ha promesso il rimborso completo della cifra spesa. Il giorno dopo, al check-out, la responsabile ci ha rilasciato una lettera firmata in cui il General Manager Elandra Amato chiedeva a Booking il rimborso completo. Ad oggi, dopo 2 solleciti, Booking non solo non ha rimborsato la cifra ma non riesce nemmeno a contattare l’Hotel. Per quanto ci riguarda, l’Hotel ha mantenuto tutte le promesse ma la recensione negativa va a Booking che non riesce a gestire gli Hotel che promuove. Spero di poter cambiare la recensione una volta che Booking avrà ottemperato ai suoi obblighi.
