"Our entire day was fabulous"

Our room was the best one we've had our entire road trip. Spacious. Clean. Comfortable. With a kitchenette. Very pleased and will remember to stay at one of your hotels in the future.

After a really long day of travel, I checked in at the front desk. There were two women working. At the end of our conversation, they gave me a lot of information about check out, breakfast, etc. I just looked at them and said I'm not going to remember any of this because I am so tired. Could you please write it down. They looked at me like I had two heads. 🙄

"Good facilities but bad attitude of front desk personnel"

Facilities are clean and fine other that there is only one elevator and you are on your own when it is broken.

The attitude of the personnel in the front desk. They were unfriendly and not interested in helping. Not just a person but several people in the front desk that changed along two days. There is only one elevator. During check out the elevator was broken. I called the front desk for help with the luggage but the lady could not care less. During our stay, we asked several questions but the answer was the same: They didn't know and they did not bother to find out".

"great stay just south of town"

Nice reasonably priced stay in Durango. Fast wifi. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Large clean bathroom. Quiet. We would definite come back on next visit to Durango.

At first, I was sad that I could not get a hotel in town, but then I realized this hotel was the perfect location. The constant traffic of the train was not an issue in this hotel. Mainstay was very quiet. Very clean I would stay here again.
