WoodSpring Suites Greenville Haywood Mall

A nicely renovated property. Conveniently located. Great price for the accommodations. Friendly staff. Could use a few more amenities in the suite.

The stay was great however, as someone who has allergies triggered by sense of smell the detergent they used on their linens was rather strong. That being said, that’s just me. The stay was nice and quiet and would probably book again if I had to travel again for business back to Greenville.

Room was clean. No pool or smart tvs.

Thev property is covienently located, clean inside and out. Staff were warm and welcoming.

Was okay being was my 1st time there, was so many pets in there was one this lady had that tried to get me & my friend as we walked out “receptionist saying the dog is fine” very aggressive dog even the down couldn’t handle her. Also downside you have to take your own trash out when you leave also when you need extra towels & wash cloths you have to bring the old ones down to counter in a trash bag that they provide. No breakfast only free coffee also have to pay $100 deposit is not stated on the website either!! The towels smelled horrible, I’m not sure what they washed in, Plus didn’t know it was an extended stay until 2nd night being there! I rather not go back but to each is own!

My stay was nice and the staff was very kind. The walls are very thin though. I could hear people laughing and being loud in the room next to us all night long.

Very easy to find there was nothing I didn't dislike about it

There nothing we didn't like .The place extremely clean and well maintained inside and out.

there was alot of noise all thru the night from adjacent rooms . I stayed there to rest up before a 19 hour drive the next day . Didn't get that due to excessive noise throughout the night .Maybe night person should do a walk around at some point . You have rules about noise at certain times enforce them . not everyone is there to party .
