WoodSpring Suites Greenville Haywood Mall

It was clean front desk very polite but the beds are hard and pillows are flat

My stay was pleasant. Definitely will be returning. The only thing I missed in reservations was no breakfast but there are eatery nearby. My check in was delayed by 2.5 hours and i was not happy about that being that I came from NC. Ms K (AGM) and Fenil (GM) kept cool and attempted to accommodate (WIP) at the time of this survey. So we will see how this turns out. Otherwise the hotel was nice, quiet, and great place to stay.

My stay at WoodSpring was very good!!

So much for breeze to cover up the smoke smell and dogs smell try to give me a room with a stain so nasty in the bathtub. It was ridiculous. The rooms have no fans. Overall not good

Do not stay. room was dirty and had horrible smell. Comforter was disgusting and dirty. Beds terrible and pillow were flat and hard. No soap in bath.

This hotel caters to homeless families with children on welfare and they put us in the midfle of 2 rooms with them and one across where the kids were home all day as school was closed from hurricane. But they actually were louder at night screaming banging on the walls. We complained 3 times even another couple complained of them abd nothing was done. We did see housekeeping but had to ask for towels and toilet paper. After we complained they said they did not have any rooms to move us and did not offer any compensation for the awful ordeal we had to go through every single day. I have learned my lesson about staying here.
