WoodSpring Suites Greenville Haywood Mall

It’s loud at times I can’t sleep and I am paying a lot of on a fix income and trying to fit in with lack of sleep

I was looking for a cheap stay in the Greenville area because I'm usually pretty happy without a lot of amenities. Unfortunately I got was I paid for and I wished i had spend a bit more for a better place. Here are the things that bothered me. Only 2 pillows came with the room. Tbey were terrible quality and very flat. Hard for my husband and I to get comfortable. No black out curtains, so the sun easilu lit up tbe room early each morning even with the blinds closed. The bathroom light os wired on the same switch as tbe bedroom light so theres no way to see in the bathroom without illuminating the whole space. It was very wasy to hear conversations, TV, pets, and other noise through the walls. The room only comes with hand soap. No travel shampoo, extra toilet paper or other consumable amenities.

Rooms spelled like pet urine heavy, people up stairs stomped from time I entered room until 3 hours after contacting front office several times finally moved to different room

I absolutely love this property! Not one single complaint! The staff was amazing, the rooms weee comfortable and clean. I will definitely be returning!

When you pay for a room at a “No Frills” hotel, the only things you expect are clean, safe and quiet. I can’t blame the hotel for the loud kids on our floor, but I can blame them for roaches in our room. That is just unacceptable, because when you see roaches, you wonder if they’re bedbugs as in the unit as well.
