Room was very dirty

Nice area

On my stay 5/28/23 my husband saw roaches. Of course when we turned on the light they scattered everywhere. When we went to the front desk they were very unconcerned. Went to a new room on the 3rd floor walked in another roach crawled over the pillow walked back downstairs and was given a speech on how the pest control was switching out and I don’t care at this point cause I’m exhausted and irritated. Went to the 4th floor and finally found a decent room but froze the entire night. Talked to the general manager Monday afternoon only to be offered $12. I know where not to stay anymore. Back to the crowne plaza like I always stay best best to pay extra

Clean property but the odor of marijuana was very prevalent throughout the hallways. Found several German cockroaches in the room. The coffee machine in the lobby was not working.

It stinks so bad. There was hair in the shower. And there was a roach in my room the next morning. I was so upset. We were in town for a basketball tournament and got in late. I tried to find another room but every where else was booked.

Needs more pillows

They knew there was an issue with a circuit breaker in the room and didnt want to switch the room out. So the refrigerator was on the circuit so you couldnt keep your drinks or food cold. There was hair in the towels. The funiture needs to be updated because it very old and out dated including the bed.
