The pub/ restaurant area was a good size with fires to feel warming and welcoming. The food was excellent! We had pie, fish & chips, and sticky toffee pudding, all of each was great! The room was a good size, clean, comfy bed with a nice view of the outdoors. Nice hot shower.

The electric shower's power was a little low but not the end of the world, the bathroom was otherwise modern and clean, and an electric towel rail allows for a nicely warmed towel
