ペット同伴できるとのことで、楽しみにしていましたが、床はツルツルで、ベットは、高く小型犬には、危険がいっぱいで、目が離せませんでした。 　隣の部屋の生活音も聞こえ共有スペースも清潔感無く最悪でした 　部屋も、かなり狭く宿泊施設に対して値段が高すぎです

Wonderful building and location

Check in process is unnecessarily complicated. Quite expensive.

厳島神社から歩いて3分、すごく近くて便利でした

車で行くのに道が狭くて苦労しました。ですが、宮島全体での話なので、しょうがないのですが

ペットと一緒に泊まれた。

お風呂とトイレが共同で、入り口の写真認識も全員揃って写真とか、無理だった

The interior design of the house was beautiful. We appreciated the details to the house. We also appreciated all the amenities in our room and in the kitchen. The host was responsive and helpful. We really appreciated their care and customer service.

The room can be cleaned better. We found bodily hair on one of the futon sheets when we unfolded the futon sheets to use it. Also, we wish we had more information about the layout of the house and how many groups of guests will be staying/using the property at the same time before booking and be informed in advance about having to share a bathroom/shower room with another group of guests.

A great spot to stay if one wants to do more than a day trip to Miyajima. Very close to the island's fantastic aquarium and a short walk from the world-famous Itsukashima Shrine and the Ropeway to Mount Misen. The room had traditional Tatami flooring and good amenities in the common kitchen area.

The online check-in instructions could be a little clearer. (Guests should check in *each member* of their party separately on the website before arrival for maximum convenience.) The rooms are on the small side, so guests should plan accordingly.

行く前に色々質問してメールですぐに回答が合ったので助かりました。 チェクイン前だったのですが、荷物を預かってもらって助かりました。 清掃中のスタッフの方の対応が感じ良かったです。コーヒーや紅茶などもあり良かったです。設備でウォシュレットがないとありましたがウォシュレットのトイレで良かったです。

上着をかけるところがなくて困った。靴べらがなかったので置いてほしかった。 コーヒーなど作って部屋に持っていくのにお盆があると助かります。今回はなかったのでお皿で対応しました。
