She wouldn’t let me into my room even tho it was pre-paid because my credit card for the $100 insurance wouldn’t go through. So essentially had my room stolen from me because of the “incidents” fee. They lost a good customer last night

The breakfast place attached was literally incredible and very convenient. The room was HUGE! There was a bluetooth speaker on the alarm clock.

I asked for towels twice and didn't get any and it was super unhygenic and uncomfortable. If I knew there was a 'no new towel' rule I would've behaved differently! Also, I asked the man checking me in to write down my room number and he still said it out loud with other people in the small check in area. As a solo female traveler that sucks.

Its location and the staff was wonderful!

The furniture was kind of dirty but the kitchen was nice as was the beds and bathrooms

Doesn’t look like much from the outside but the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

The carpet and chair upholstery was dirty. The kitchen didn’t have any dishes, pans etc.

Good restaurant on site. Not affiliated with the hotel thank goodness

Falling apart, grounds unkept. Carpet and tile floors filthy, no amenities (we had to purchase soap, shampoo, Kleenex, hair dryer, SMOKE ALARM REMOVED!!

Location and cost. Very spacious rooms.

It is an older facility, but has nice upgrades. On entering the room the smell of cleaning solution was overpowering. It did dissipate by the second day. Not enough coffee in the room, only one cup worth. Cleaners did not come to clean second day so coffee was not replenished.
