What I like about the property was that it was 24 hours and the staff was very friendly

I stayed for 2 nights with my son and disabled child in a wheelchair. first night after I checked in at 10:52 pm on a late check in severely tired from moving. I found blood on all four pillowcases and on the bed on the second room 218. I took pictures of it. There was a handprint of blood on the back door. The not been clean and I notified the front desk where they ended up moving me 221. And they was sorry for the inconvenience. The customer service of the two women that I dealt with looks very nice. They did have a hotel management for housekeeping come to verify. Blood is on that bed and on the sheet and on the door and was not clean. She also seen it was hair in the shower on the back wall. And shower knob once she confirmed everything. She told her and she also let her boss know. I a lot of pictures and videos of everything. The one said that they were going refund . I ended up checking out on the third Monday as planned. I up paying for all night with no refund was told I needed to speak to the manager GM to see what he wanted to do because the room was deep cleaned on before I .
