Hotel La Isla

Very spacious room, nice breakfast, and very, very helpful and friendly staff. We loved the location. Super central yet not by the street so also very quiet. Loved the place!

El hotel es hermoso! Limpio, buena ubicación, te sentías en casa, el personal muy amable, se encuentra cerca de todo y tiene una vista en la terraza espectacular, y el desayuno muy bueno. Recomendadisimo. Lo volvería a escoger.

Das Hotel ist in perfekter Lage und nur wenige Schritte von der Hauptstraße entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Top empfehlenswert!

I finally got the room I booked, after insisting on it.

I didn't like that the service was so impersonal and spiteful. The worst I've had after 3 weeks in Ecuador. Why? We would you treat your paying guests as a nuisance and that you are doing them a favor? The woman who reluctantly did her job should be reminded that she is in the hospitality industry and should make tired guests feel welcomed. I had to walk around with my luggage, until I got the room I booked. The hotel was empty with only one other couple there. So why was I shown all the rooms with street views? She knew which room I booked and understood what I said, but nope continue to show me the worst rooms. I finally got a room with a view on trees and the other half on a neighbor's trash. The window couldn't open so it was stuffy. The rooftop has chairs, but that's it. You can probably bring your own food and eat it there. No services. Cleaning equipment at and on the bar. Absolutely false advertising. NOT worth the money at all! Disrespectful towards guests. I stayed in far better places in Ecuador and Galapagos for literally a 5th of the price.

O quarto muito amplo e arejado, roupa de cama limpa e macia.

Café da manhã poucas variedades. Dois tipos de pães e um bolo , sempre o mesmo. Pouquíssimas variedades de frutas. Sem reposição de alimentos nos três dias em que estivemos hospedados.
