"September 2025."

The hotel is in a fantastic location in Puerto Ayoro. Really close to great restaurants and shops. The room we stayed in was in the new part of the hotel and was amazing. Incredibly well appointed. Super comfortable beds, amazing bathroom and shower. For the price I paid, the room was beyond expectations. Looked and felt more like a high end 5 star hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful, advising on local activities we could try based on the time we had available. I would highly recommend. If I return, I will be staying here again.

"Beautiful room and great staff"

This was our 'splurge' stay. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. The shower and bath were lovely. Breakfast was really good. If you are being picked up early for an excursion, they happily provide a brown bag/to go breakfast. The real gem was the hot tub. Going on a long all day excursion? Reserve the hot tub for when you return and soak it all away before dinner!

There was nothing not to like! Staff, accommodations, location were all perfect.
