Economy Inn Eldorado

Got clean room and bed sheets.

Room looks clean and the bed was super comfortable. Easily checked in.

I arrived on Friday at 5:00pm and the office was closed and locked. It was 35 degrees outside and it took some time for the manager to answer the buzzer. Then the manager could not get his "damn slow computer" as he said, to work to find my prepaid-reservation. When I asked about what time breakfast is in the morning, the manager said they don't provide breakfast and said "I've told them several times to remove that from the motel's advertisement!" The WiFi Internet was spotty in the location of our room so I gave up and used my phone as a hot-spot. The beds were clean, but the bathroom was old and rusty, so I did not take a shower. I was disappointed and decided from now on I will not prepay online until I get to the site and decide if I want to have my family stay.

Plenty of room for us, clean, close enough to put activities. Felt safe on our girl's trip

*** I did get refunded for this property. But hotel stayers - BEWARE! We called 4 times before we got to this property to make sure that they would receive us for checking in since we were going to be late. No one ever answered. We got there late Friday night and the place was TRASHED. Two cars in the parking lot, trash EVERYWHERE. It looked like a literal tornado rushed through the place. It was messy and it looked unsafe. As two women, we felt unsafe. We knocked on the door of the main office, which had an OPEN sign, and no one answered. Called again, no one answered. Beware! We did however stay at the Best Western a mile down; I do recommend that place.

This hotel is a scam. I prepaid, but when I arrived they said they only take cash and have no computer. It is dirty and the doors have all been kicked in (that info came from the hotel manager) so the doorknobs are fake and even the deadbolt locks are

I have never stayed in a more awful motel. There were old mattresses piled up outside the rooms and a large dumpster right outside of my room. I woke up with bedbug bites and got out of there as quickly as possible.

This was an amazing place to stay. Awesome service. Walked around and asked how we were doing many times throughout the day. We will be coming back.

The hotel was welcoming and so much fun! The amenities are superb. I came to El Dorado to visit some local friends and the service provided was truly amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

  I'm very impressed and the staff is always so nice and so accommodating, the hotel is in such a great location. I will stay there during our next visit.
