Location has the perfect view, the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. The hotel owner is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay. The staffs were very helpful.

"Stranded in El Dorado"

Reserved the room on Hotels.com and they Guaranteed the reservation and gave me a Confirmation number. When I got there, they were locked up and told me on an intercom that they were full: and they did not care that I had a Guaranteed reservation. Then they did not answer their phone. So I was stranded in El Dorado and had to find another place to stay. Terrible way to treat any customer or traveler.
